Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds for jewelry products purchased on the Zyraa Jhumkas website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms detailed below.

1. Return/Exchange Period 🛍

We enforce a strict two (2) calendar day window to initiate a return or exchange request, starting from the confirmed date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:
For your jewelry item to be eligible for a return or exchange, it must meet all the following conditions:

Time Limit: The return request must be initiated via email to zyraajhumkas@gmail.com within two (2) calendar days of the delivery date.

Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

Original State: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all original tags, seals, and price labels still attached.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale):
The following items are generally considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons or due to their nature:

Jewelry items damaged due to misuse, accidental breakage, or tarnishing caused by improper care by the customer.

Custom-made or personalized jewelry.

Items marked specifically as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

Products that have been worn or tampered with.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please email us immediately at zyraajhumkas@gmail.com with the following information:

Your Order Number.

The item(s) you wish to return.

The reason for the return (e.g., damaged in transit, wrong item received).

Specify whether you are requesting a Refund or an Exchange.

We will review your request and provide detailed instructions, including the return shipping address. Items returned without prior email approval will not be processed.

2. Refund Processing 💳

Once your returned item is received and thoroughly inspected for compliance with the eligibility criteria, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline:
Initiation: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited within seven 7 calendar days of the approval date.

Method: The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Credit Posting: Please allow 5–7 business days (sometimes longer, depending on your bank/payment provider) for the credited funds to be reflected and visible in your account.

Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.

Shipping Costs (Refunds):
Our Error: If the return is due to our fault (e.g., confirmed defect, wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs, and you will receive a full product refund.

Customer Choice: If the return is approved but is due to customer choice (e.g., buyer’s remorse, subjective dissatisfaction), the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Damage Claim Protocol

If your jewelry item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage to the item and the packaging. Failure to report damage promptly may void the claim.
